The Profile Manager allows your Association to capture data on your members, which can then be used to create detailed profiles of your consumers. The Profile Manager can identify which members created websites on what campaign issue. Your Association can then send targeted Newsletters to these consumers alerting them of any new issues regarding that topic. Also, the Profile Manager is able to track visitors to the consumer websites and identify what action they participated in. Your Association can then send targeted emails to these individuals to get them to join your Association. This information allows your Association to get to know their current membership base better as well as provide a means to increase membership.

Chat is a powerful, easy to understand application that allows people to communicate quickly and easily with one another. Fonts, colors, and graphics can be added, user profiles can be customized in HTML plus there is even support to show banners. Our Chat software is scalable and allows for an unlimited number of rooms to be added on the fly. There is even full support for moderators, and all administrative functions can be performed remotely.
Forums
The Forums section allows consumers to participate in your Association’s related discussions. These consumers can view and post messages at their convenience, from home, office, 24 hours/day. Consumers can not only post messages, photographs and create discussion topics; they are also able to send private mail directly to one another inside the forums area. Another exciting feature of Forums is the searchable archive capability. This gives your Association an easy method of maintaining an archive of all old posts.
